-Application form (we will accept applications up until April 30, 2013)
-Ingredients form (please submit this by April 23, 2013, we will accept changes)

Would you like to have an experience of “Nihon-Buyo” (Classical Japanese Dance)?
Sapporo International Student Center will provide international students (and/or family) with the opportunity to experience “Nihon-Buyo” on June 22nd (Sat). If you are interested in Nihon-Buyo, please feel free to join us!
Date & Time: June 22nd (Sat.) 12:50 pm ～ 3:00 pm
Venue: Sapporo International Student Center (Toyohira-ku, Toyohira 6-6)

Dear International Students,
The Furubira World Camp is an annual event in which International Students share their culture with the citizens of Furubira, Hokkaido. You also have the opportunity to experience overnight camping in the cabins with a barbecue and campfire. The following day you are encouraged to join in golf activities, relaxing in an onsen.

I realize that individuals have concerns the use of cars and other unclear questions regarding Hokudaisai.
All of your questions will be answered/clarified after we have received the ingredients and application forms and a decision made regarding each tent's participation in Hokudaisai.
You will be informed by an email sent to you from the HUISA email address by the week ending May 3, 2013.
This email will also inform you of the date of the first meeting where we will discuss all your concerns and give further guidelines regarding this year's Hokudaisai.
