The annual International Night is coming and will be held on February 11th (Sat)!

You can register already by sending a mail with the info on your name, age, sex, nationality, phone, mail, which work shop session you want to participate, whether you are a privately finance exchange student or not and the languages you speak (English/Japanese) to zaidan.ho@tune.ocn.ne.jp with title "International Night registration, HUISA"

The event is FREE for all privately financed exchange students, 1000 yen for other exchange students, 2000 for people under 30 years and 5000 for adults. This includes the evening party with food and drinks.

Also, it is still possible to join all us exchange students who are organizing the event! Just send email to the huisa address email.huisa@gmail.com - this will be a lot of fun as well^^

The Office of International Affairs is conducting a survey for all international students attending the University from January 12-27, 2012.

The main purpose of this survey is to gather information concerning adjustment to living in Japan, daily living conditions, academics, and support services available within Hokudai.

We hope that both old and new international students will participate in the survey so that we might use your feedback to improve existing support systems.

The survey is an anonymous and web-based and should take approximately 7 minutes to complete. The data collected will not be used for purposes other than improving your stay in Japan.
