As GS it is my job to take the minutes of Excom's meetings, but sorry to say I missed the last two due to my work schedule. I thought it best to upload them (although it's quite late... ). So here are the missing minutes kindly taken by Gordon and Stefanie. Thanks to you two.


Minutes from Wednesday 3rd February Meeting (Gordon)

1. International night.
-Cris and I will go for the next internaional night meetig on Tuesday.
-Myong hin will request for free ticket to the international night for all Huisa members who can make it. So, please confirm your participation in advance. 'Huisa member are really required', so I heard. There is dinner after the discussions.

2. Snow sculpture.
-Snow sculpture making went well last Sunday, thanks to all who participarted. The party today was great too.

3. Cultural night.
-9 groups will participate during bunkasai. However, participation of the Chinese group is not clear as communication with Bai-yang was fruitless. Please encaurage more people who want to participate to apply.
-MCs is Roshan and Maria (Myong hin will confirm with Maria tonight)
-Any body who can speak, please publicise the event to all people you know to come. Asim made posters for us. I will take some to ISC, Towfic will post some at Dental faculty and Cris too will pass some on directly (I think not only to the ladies but all people) and the rest of us shall invite by word of mouth.
-Myong hin will to the invites.
-All participating teams are to be reminded by email (ASAP) to come for rehearsal on Friday 12th starting at 5:30pm. Huisa members must be there.
-Myong hin, Cris, Towfik, I and any other huisa member that might have time, shall pick up stuff to use from ISC on Friday between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. See you there.
-Huisa ex com members have to make a program for the bunkasai event (possibly during next meeting).
-We need to think of the presents to give to all the parcipants (will talk about this during next meeting)

4. News letter.
-If you haven't yet written your portion of the news letter, please do so and bring it with you while coming for the next meeting.

5. Next meeting
-Next meeting will be there next week on Wednesday, 10th. Time; 8:00 pm. Please come and we finalise with the issue of the bunkasai. The MC, must attend, because we shall have to discuss bout the flow of the program and asign role to all members.


Minutes from Wednesday 10th February Meeting (Stefanie)

1. For rehearsal:
- 4:30 PM Bring things from ISC to Clark Kaikan. Dont forget poster board
(all people who have or do not have time and energy to do).
Gordon: to bring his desktop from Nougakubu to Clark Kaikan

- 5:00 PM give posters in front of Clark Kaikan

- 5:30 PM start rehearsal
Towfik: to take care of lighting
Others: take care of lighting, mic, stand, audio (check the sound) PP,
decoration, bring things here and there, check time
Roshan: see performers, ask them details of their performance (for MC)
Myounghee: print things

2. For bunkasai:
- Come at 11 AM! or earlier is better.
- Prepare things
- 1 PM start rehearsal for fashion show (added in gmail announcement)
- 2 PM start bunkasai
Cris and Gordon: uketsuke . please allow everybody in, not only kawaii girls
Towfik: take care of lighting
Yagnesh; take care of sound system and computer
Roshan: MC
Myounghee, Stefanie, Baiyang, Eleanor: to do backstage job.
