Ikebana is one of the Japanese cultures and becomes a common word in the world. However, we don't understand the goodness very much, especially for the younger and students. In this project, students who are from various countries do Ikebana in the same place at the same time.
We can experience the charm of various artistic from each other. And, we are
expected to understand ikebana more deeply by studying the variety of it. It is helpful for International students to understand cross cultures. Ms.Shuho
Sasaki is the instructor and she belongs to the Sougetsuryu. She will give instruction to the participants on the project day. Sougetsuryu is very flexible on rules so international students can feel free to enjoy Sougetsuryu ikebana.
