Hello Mahabir,
The date for the bicycle distribution is already decided, but the poster isn't ready yet. I think it will be on the Huisa homepage within a week. The date is 22nd March, Sunday, and roughly the same time as last year (I don't have the exact time right now). However, this time the rules from Sapporo City authorities have become very strict - they won't allow any fixing of bicycles at the scene, or bicycles to be given to students' children or spouses. So please be aware that you might have to wait a long time, for a broken or poor condition bicycle...  If that is still okay, please come to the event! There will be a prior application process, on the 16thand 17th of March.Eleanor |
