If you enjoy looking at beautiful landscape, abstract, potraits photographs etc, there is an photograpy gallery by Photrip (hokudai photography club) at Odori archieve museum at nishi 13, 2nd floor. Date 9th to 14th march 2010 (tuesday-saturday) time 9am to 7pm.
You can go there by subway (tozai yellow line) to Nishi juitchi chome station (west 11) then walk 2 blocks to the building.
