HUISA - Huisa Executive Committee Election 2010

Election Announcement and Call for Nomination of Candidates for HUISA Executive Committee 2010-2011

Dear International Students,

Hokkaido University International Students Association (HUISA), formed in April 2005, aims to promote the well being of all international students at Hokkaido University. HUISA will be forming a new Executive Committee by open election at the coming annual general meeting.

The election will take place on Friday 19th of March, 2010 at the International Exchange Room on 3F of the Clark Kaikan, from 5pm.

We kindly invite you to attend and to take part in the election of the Executive Committee 2010-2011. In addition, we formally invite you to consider being a part of this Executive Committee.

Prospective candidates are requested to send their Nomination Form to HUISA <email.huisa@gmail.com> before 6pm on 18th of March 2010. The positions in the committee are:

1. President
2. Vice President
3. General Secretary
4. Joint Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Public Affairs
7. Web Administrator
8. Social welfare Secretary
9. Secretary for Sports and Culture
